摘要 报道了几种不同抗虫性能的杨树形态特征和组织结构等的检测结果 ,分析了其与光肩星天牛危害的关系 ,探讨了杨树抗虫机理。结果表明 :树木抗虫性与树皮厚度、粗糙度、紧密度及皮孔大小有关 ,而与树皮颜色和形状无关 ;木质部基本密度越大 ,纤维素、木质素及灰分含量越高 ,其抗虫性越强。嫩枝的导管数量、射线宽度、木化细胞半径和石细胞厚与天牛的危害程度关系密切 ,其中 ,嫩枝的导管数量和射线宽度是有利于天牛危害的特征量 ,而木化细胞半径和石细胞厚则是对天牛产生抗性的特征量。 A study was conducted to analyze the insect-resistant mechanism of poplar and the relationships between the morphological characteristics, tissue structure and the harm of Anophora glabripennis Motsch. The morphological characteristics and tissue structure of poplars with different insect-resistance were obtained. The results show that the insect-resistance of trees is influenced by several factors, such as the thickness, roughness and intense of barks and lenticel size, while it has no relations with the color of barks and the color and the shape of lenticels. The higher the contents of cellulose, lignin and ash are, the stronger the insect-resistance is. The resistance of poplars also closely related to number of vessels, rays’width, radius of lignified cells and wall thickness of sclereids, but the first two factors are propitious to and other factors are negative to the harm of Anophora glabripennis.
