先进性是工人阶级先锋队的本质体现 ,马克思主义政党历来十分重视保持党的先进性并把它看成是党生存和发展的根本。然而 ,党的先进性是具体的、历史的 ,必须要与党情国情相结合 ,必须要与时代相结合 ,必须要落实到党的具体实践当中去 ,从而引导社会不断前进。

Progressiveness is the essence of the vangua rd of the working class. Marxist parties in power have always attached great impor tance to keeping the progressiveness of the parties and regarded it as the base of survival and development of parties. However, the progressiveness of the Part y is concrete and historic and based on its national conditions, it is embodied in the concrete practice of the Party so that the Party leads the society to ma ke constant progress.
