摘要
西方法治的形成是多种文化两千多年来不断碰撞、吸纳和融合的产物 ,导致这一传统形成的因素和条件也是多方面的。其中 ,古希腊罗马哲学思维中的理性精神、人文关怀和正义观对西方法治传统影响深远。
the forming of western legal system is the pr oduct of collision. assimilation and fusion among various cultures for more than 2000 years, and it also involves various factors and conditions. among them, th e influence of rationalism, humanism and the value of justice in ancient greek a nd roman philosophic thought on the traditional legal governance is profound and far-reaching. $$$$
