甲状腺功能低下大鼠大脑氨基酸、蛋白质及甲状腺激素的实验观察 被引量:1

The Observation of Amino Acid Protein in Brain and Thyroid Hormone in Experimental Hypothyroid Rats

摘要 为探讨甲状腺功能低下大鼠大脑中的氨基酸、蛋白质及甲状腺激素 (T3、T4 )的代谢变化 ,用 0 .5 % Na Cl O4 饮水复制甲状腺功能低下大鼠模型 ,设实验组 (Na Cl O4 )和对照组 (自来水 ) ,60天后处死 ,低温下取出大脑及甲状腺。使用氨基酸分析仪测定大脑氨基酸 (谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸、丙氨酸、Γ-氨基丁酸 ) ,放免法测定血清 T3、T4 ,L owry' s法测蛋白质含量。结果显示 ,实验组大鼠血清T3、T4 含量明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,大脑谷氨酸 (Glu)、Γ-氨基丁酸 (GABA)明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,丙氨酸 (Ala)、天冬氨酸(Asp)明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,大脑蛋白质含量低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。 To study the activity changes of amino acid , protein in brain and thyroid hormone in experimental hypothyroid rats. The experimental hypothyroid rats were duplicated with 0.5% sodium per chlorate, while the others drank water as control. We take out brains and thyroids of rats in low temperature in 60 days. Amino acids of brain including glutamine, aspartic acid, almandine and Γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)were assayed by amino acid analytic apparatus. Serum T 3、 T 4 were assayed by radioimmunology. The contain of protein was assayed by Lowry's. Serum T 3、 T 4 of experiment were lower than that of the control(P<0.01); glutamine, aspartic acid of brain of experiment were lower than that of the control (P<0.05); while alanine and GABA of brain of experiment were higher than that of the control (P<0.01); protein of brain of experiment was lower than that of the control(P<0.05).
