摘要
医疗质量是医疗卫生服务中最关键的要素 ,提供高质量的医疗卫生服务是人民群众对医疗机构的根本要求 ,是医疗机构赖以生存的基础 ,是在医疗市场激烈的竞争中占据一席之地的关键。文章分析目前的形势 ,着重介绍了持续性质量改进 (ContinuousQualityImprovementCQI)的原理和在其它国家实施的情况 ,针对性的提出在我国实行持续性质量改进管理的相应建议。
Medical quality is the key element in health care service.Medical service of high quality is what the people demand basically from the medical units,and it is also the foundation on which medical units live and the key to one's position in the fierce competition of medical market.The paper analyses the present situation,explains the principle of continuous quality improvement (CQI) and its application in other countries with the aim at putting forward corresponding suggestions of the implementation of CQI to improve hospital management in our country.
