项目管理技术在企业管理中 ,经过数十年发展 ,已逐步形成一整套完整的理论与方法体系 ,随着医疗卫生改革 ,医院走向市场 ,项目管理技术在医院管理中 ,既有运用的可能 ,又有运用的需要。本文介绍了项目管理的主要内容和与传统方法相比的优势 ,以及项目管理在我国医院管理中应用的现状 ,分析了在医院采用项目管理法必须注意的有关事项 ,说明在当前形势下 ,运用项目管理技术 ,对推进医院管理创新和医院发展是十分有益的。

The technique of project management (PM) in enterprise administration has been formed a complete series of theoretical and methodological system in the past decades.With the reformation of medical institutions and hospital's going into market,PM is possibly applied and needed in hospital management.The main contents of PM,its superiority to other traditional methods and the present situation of its application in Chinese hospitals are introduced in the article.The necessary cautions of PM application in hospitals are also analyzed.It is then indicated that application of PM is very useful and valuable for the innovation and development of hospitals.
