Re-recognition of the Relationship between Ideological Work and the Management andCulture in a Hospital after China's Participation in WTO

随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深化和我国加入世贸组织 ,医院所面临和承受的是巨大的压力和严峻的挑战 ,同时 ,也有很多新的机遇。医院靠什么发展、靠什么去占领市场 ?这就要加强医院文化建设并结合思想政治工作 ,探索符合新时代特色的管理谋略和方法。要推进医院经营管理机制的改革与创新 ,逐步建立与社会主义市场经济体制要求相适应的医院管理新模式。

With the deepening of medical system reform and China's participation in WTO,hospitals are confronted with great pressure and challenge.However,at the meantime,many opportunities appear.How can a hospital develop? How can a hospital be competitive in the market? The answers are to strengthen the construction of hospital culture in combination with the political and ideologic work,explore a managerial strategy and method suitable for the characteristics of the age,promote the reformation and innovation of the hospital administrative system,and gradually set up a new hospital managerial model which should be suited to the demand of socialist market economy.
