摘要
将健康成年Wistar大鼠 84只随机分为 7组 ,分别为复方III 2 0 0 %剂量组、10 0 %剂量组、75 %剂量组、5 0 %剂量组、2 5 %剂量组、空白对照组和正常组。实验组给药 2周后 ,进行常压耐缺氧实验 ,通过测定各组大鼠存活时间、血液SOD、GSH -PX 活性、血清MDA含量、红细胞数和Hb含量变化 ,确定复方III的最适用药量。结果表明 ,在一定范围内 ,随剂量增加 ,复方III对大鼠的耐缺氧作用增强 ,其中 ,10 0 %剂量 (4 .5 g/kg·d)组大鼠存活时间最长 。
Eighty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into seven groups . for screening the optimum from the five different doses of the third Chinese traditional medicine formula(200%、100%、75%、50%、25%).All the groups were administrated for 2 weeks and during hypoxia rats' living time 、erythrocyte、Hb、SOD、GSH-PX 和MDA related to hypoxia-resistance were detected . The results showed that to the extent,with dose adding, effect of the third Chinese traditional medicine strengthens on improving rats'hypoxia-resistance. The living time of 100% dose(4.5g/kg/d) group rats is the longest during hypoxia in the groups and effect is the best。
