摘要
运用生物力学分析法,对400m栏内、外侧弯道跑的栏间跑和左、右腿攻栏的栏上技术进行分析,结果是不论右腿攻栏还是左腿攻栏,外侧跑道弯道跑成绩都好于内侧跑道弯道跑成绩。
This paper analyses the winding run of inboard and outboard pathes and techniques of striding hurdles of left leg and right leg in400m hurdle race by the method of biomechanics analysis.The conclusion is that whether striding hurdles by left leg or striding hurdles by right leg,the result of winding run of outboard path is superior to that of inboard path.
