摘要
本工作运用高速摄影,动态应力测试技术,电算模拟和点变换等近代实验技术和理论分析方法,全面研究了其冲击机构的动力特性,建立了机构特性对性能参数影响的函数关系,试验结果与两种理论计算结果基本吻合。
Using high-speed photography, dynamic stress measurement and computer simulation, the dynamic charactericties of percussive mechanism were researched, and an equation describing the effect of mehanism characteristics on the performance parameters developed.
The measured results were in good agreement with those obtained from the theoretical analysis.
