摘要
采用胶结充填采矿法,混入矿石中的胶结充填料(水泥、砾石和细砂)严重影响硫化镍矿石的浮选,明显降低回收率。硅酸盐水泥在无限量水中的水化产物Ca(OH)_2+Fe_2O_3·aq+Al_2O_3·aq+SiO_2·aq显著降低镍黄铁矿的可浮性,Ca(OH)_2是抑制镍黄铁矿的主要成分。
Cemented filling materials in ore affect greatly the flotation of nickel sulphate mineral, reducing its recovery. In an unlimited quantity of water, hydrate Ca(OH)_2+Fe_2O_3.aq+Al_2O_3.aq + SiO_2.aq of silicate cement can reduce greatly the flotability of pyrite. Among them, Ca(OH)_2 is a main component for depressing nickel-pyrite mineral.
