在采煤破坏地表建设大型架空索道的研究

摘要 本文简要介绍了本溪水泥厂架空索道在国际岩移界被视为“建筑禁区”、拉伸变形高达22mm/m、严重破坏与开裂的采煤地表进行建设与使用的经验。索道安全运行20余年的实践表明,掉斗率为正常条件下的百分之一,并取得了已节省运费5886万元的显著效益。这些实践经验开创了国内外在采煤破坏地表进行大型架空索道建设与使用的先例。 An overhead cableway has been built on the heavily destroyed and cracked surface over a coal mine, which has undergone a high tensile deformation of 22mm/m, so that it has become a so called 'forbidden zone' in the international rock movement field. In this paper the experiences with the building of the cableway and its safe operation during the past score of years are described. The operational practice has shown that percent of drop of lift van is only one percent of that in normal conditions, and the saving on the transport expense has reached 5886 million yuan. This seem to set a precedent in the building and operation of large sized overhead cableway on a heavily destroyed surface over a coal mine.
