Synthesis of Fosphenytoin

目的 研究 5,5 二苯基乙内酰脲 3 基甲基磷酸钠新的合成工艺。方法 以苯妥英和甲醛为原料,在乙醇中与碳酸钾羟甲基化反应得到 3 (羟基甲基) 5,5 二苯基乙内酰脲,后经酯化、成盐的得本品。结果及结论 该工艺简单,条件温和,原料为工业常见产品,且价格便宜,设备简单,操作方便,是一种新型的合成路线。

Objective To study a new synthesis method of 5,5- diphenylhydantoin-3-ylmethylphosphate disodium.Methods Phen y toin and formaldehyde were used as the raw materials,reacted with potassium carb onic in ethyl a lcohol to get 3-(methy lol)-5,5-diphenylhydantoin.Results and conclusion This rou te is simple,and the condition is easy to control.All of the raw materials are common industrial pro d uct,and the equipment and operation are simple.It is a novel synthesis method f or Fosphenytoin.
