摘要
目前,大量的长壁工作面采用支撑——掩护式支架控制上覆岩层。研究支架—围岩的相互作用极为重要。本文通过一深部矿井的实测数据,对其观测手段以及支架—围岩的相互作用关系作了讨论和分析。对某些指标,如支柱载荷、支架初撑力、支护阻力增量、顶底板位移量、最大的阻力增率以及位移等作了详细的研究,本文着重强调了认识支架的工作性能以及与其围岩的相互作用对预测预报工作和确保工作面安全的重要性。同时,本文对计算机在预测预报中的应用作了描述。
Today, chock-shield support is extensivelyused to control the superjacent strata of longwallface. It becomes very important to study the inter-action of support and surrounding rock. Byanalysing the in-situ measurements of a deepmine,this paper discusses the support-rock inter-action, comments on the means of measurement,and especially studies such parameters as the load,the setting load and the resistance increment ofsupport; the convergence of roof and floor andyielding rate in detail. It is emphasized that theknowledge of the performance of support and sup-port-rock interaction is significant to the predic-tion and safety of the working face. The applica-tion of computer in prediction of roof weighting isdescribed as well.
