黄连温胆汤治疗HP阳性浅表性胃炎(脾胃湿热证)临床研究

Clinical Study on Huanglianwendan Decoction(黄连温胆汤)Treating Chronic Superficial Gastritis with Positive Helicobocter-Pylori,the Syndrome of Damp-Heat in the Spleen and Stomach in TCM

目的评价黄连温胆汤治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性浅表性胃炎(CSG)辨证属脾胃湿热者的临床疗效。方法将患者60例随机分为两组,治疗组服黄连温胆汤,对照组服果胶钅必胶囊。结果治疗组HP根除率高于对照组,临床疗效及胃镜检查结果亦优于对照组,而两组病理改善情况及降低IL-8水平方面作用相近。结论黄连温胆汤可能通过根除HP和影响细胞因子IL-8及改善胃粘膜的病理变化,从而改善症状。黄连温胆汤是治疗HP感染性CSG的有效方剂。

Objective:To observe the effect of Huanglianwendan Decoction(黄连温胆汤,HD)treating chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)with positive helicobocter-pylori(HP),the Syndrome of Damp-Heat in the Spleen and Stomach in TCM.Methods:60 patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and the controlled group. Patients in the former received HD while those in the latter received pectine bismuth capsule.Results:The clinical curative effect on eradicting HP and improving gastroscope appearances of the treament group were better than those of the controlled group.There were no differences on the improvement of pathologic change of gastric mucosa and amplitude imflammatory cytokine interleukin-8(IL-8)between the groups.Conclusion:The mechanism of HD may be eradicting HP,regulating the level of IL-8 and improving the pathologic change of gastric mucosa.HD is the effective furmula to treat CSG with positive HP.
