活血软肝丹对酒精性肝纤维化大鼠TNF-α及TGF-β_1的影响

The Effect of Huoxueruangan Pellet(活血软肝丹)on the Levels of TNF-αand TGF-β_1 in Rats with Alcoholic Fibrosis of Liver

目的探讨活血化瘀、软坚散结之活血软肝丹防治肝纤维化的机制,为其临床运用提供依据。方法将大鼠分为四组,其中活血散结组、秋水仙碱组及模型组以白酒灌胃制作大鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,空白对照组不造模;观察各组大鼠肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和转化生长因子(TGF)-β1水平。结果与空白对照组比较,模型组血清及肝组织TNF-α、TGF-β1水平明显升高;与模型组比照,秋水仙碱组及活血散结组血清及肝组织TNF-α、TGF-β1水平降低。结论大鼠肝损伤可能在于TNF-α、TGF-β1水平升高,加重肝纤维化形成;活血软肝丹对肝纤维化防护作用显著。

Objective:To study the mechanism of Huoxueruangan Pellet(活血软肝丹,HP)in preventing on fibrosis of liver.Methods:Rats were divided into four groups randomly,which were the HP group,the colchicine group,the model group and the controlled group.Except those in the the controlled group,rats in the other groups were fed with alcohol to establish the animal model.The levels of TNF-αand TGF-β1 were measured.Results:The levels of TGF-αand TGF-β1 in serium and liver tissue of the model group were higher than those of the controlled group,while the levels of in serium and liver tissues of the colchicine and the HP groups were lower.Conclusion:The liver injuries caused by alcohol in rats were probably related to the rising the levels of TNF-αand TGF-β1 by which might cause liver fibrosis.HP could play a important role in protecting liver from fibrosis.
