儒学成人论对现代成人教育的借鉴意义

现代成人教育以全面提升人的整体素质作为最高使命 ,目的是使受教育者在获得知识、技能的同时 ,学会做人。儒学成人论所研究的根本问题就是人的问题 ,其要旨是高扬人的生命尊严和主体价值。其中以天下为己任的爱国精神、明义重公的价值观、厚德载物的宽阔胸怀等 ,是高尚人格的组成要素 。

Modern adult education takes improvement of human's entire quality as the greatest mission. The pupose is to make learners obtain knowledge,skills and study how to conduct themselves.On adult in confucianism,it studies human being as the fundamental problem,and the main idea is to expend dignity of human life and value of subject.Patriotic spirit of taking national responsibility as own responsibility,outlook of valne with justice and impartiality and generous heart with morality are the main elements of noble personality,also the motive force of spirit of human's development and perfection.
