摘要
本文以 75家用人单位的问卷调查为依据 ,分析了目前用人单位择才用人的新趋势 ,以及高职毕业生在就业过程中存在的主要问题。并对高职毕业生如何在思想、观念、能力、心理以及信息等方面做好就业准备 。
Based on the survey of 75 units,the paper analyses the new trend when the units select employees and also the main problems the graduates from vocational colleges meet when they look for jobs in the market.It puts forward some constructive counter-measures we can take to prepare for job hunting in the market in idea,concept,ability,psychology and information.
