对高校学生处理中大学生话语权的思考

随着越来越多的大学生对学校的处理要求话语权 ,高校学生处理中给予大学生话语权成为学校改革与发展的需要 ,更是培养新世纪合格人才的需要。高校学生处理工作应当从建立学校宽松的话语语境、激活话语主体的话语意识、建立通畅的话语信道。

Nowadays,more and more college students declare the right to give utterance to their opinions when they are punished by school authority because of their violation of the school rules and regulations.For the purpose of rapid development and successful reform of our universities and colleges and having qualified talents for the new era,it is urgently needed to accord the right to the students to give utterance to their opinions.In this article,four basic ways are presented to strengthen the students right,that is ,to create free and unrestrained atmosphere;trigger the students' desire to speak publicly;to establish a smooth channel between the speakers and the listeners and to enhance the administrators' awareness of law.
