摘要
《中国共产党党内监督条例 (试行 )》的颁布实施 ,是党内政治生活和制度建设的一件大事。全面加强党内监督 ,发扬党内民主 ,维护党的团结统一 ,解决好党的建设的两大历史课题 ,对于全面贯彻“三个代表”的重要思想 ,坚持党的先进性 ,始终做到立党为公、执政为民 ,既是制定《条例》的目的所在 。
Promulgation and enforcement of “regucations” are a great event in inner-party lives and system establishment.Completely reinforce inner-party supervise,develop inner-party democracy,defend party's unity and solve two historical subjects about party's establishment also have great significance for carrying out the great mind of “Three Represents”,insisting on party's advance.
