摘要 目的观察急性出血坏死性胰腺炎 (AHNP)后相关炎症介质表达与肺损伤的关系 ,探索该模型在肺损伤研究中应用的可行性。方法建立大鼠不同时段AHNP模型 ,观察大鼠血气分析、肺组织病理改变、湿 /干重比、渗透指数变化 ,及肺组织核因子 κB(NF κB)活性和肺组织匀浆中肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)含量、髓过氧化物酶 (MPO)活性的改变。结果AHNP可致大鼠肺组织NF κB活性显著增强 ,肺组织匀浆TNF α含量、MPO活性显著升高 ,但对大鼠PaO2 、肺组织病理改变及渗透指数的变化影响不明显。结论AHNP早期可造成大鼠肺组织显著的炎症反应 。 Objective To observe the relationship between the pulmonary inflammatory mediators expression and lung injury in rats with acute pancreatitis, and evaluate the feasibility of this model in the study of acute lung injury. Methods A rat acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis (AHNP) model was set up. Pulmonary pathological alterations were examined. Changes of blood gas analysis, and wet to dry weight ratio, permeability index, NF-κB activity, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) level, and myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity of pulmonary tissue were determined. Results Both NF-κB activity,TNF-α level,and MPO activity in pulmonary tissue were significantly increased in rat with AHNP.But no obvious changes were observed in PaO 2,pathological alteration and permeability index. Conclusion AHNP causes significant inflammation in rat lung during its early period, but pulmonary injury is not evident.
