新斯的明拮抗阿曲库铵的效果及其对Q-T离散度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究老年人使用不同剂量新斯的明拮抗国产阿曲库铵肌松恢复作用的效果及对Q T离散度的影响。方法 80例ASAI~II级老年患者 ,随机分为 4组 ,每组 2 0例 ,一组为对照组 ,其它三组分别给予新斯的明 2 0、4 0、6 0 μg/kg,观察其拮抗阿曲库铵肌松作用的恢复时间及对Q T离散度的影响。结果对照组和新斯的明 2 0 μg/kg组产生的肌松恢复时间明显长于 4 0、6 0 μg/kg组 ;而 4 0、6 0 μg/kg组产生的效果相似。新斯的明 2 0 μg/kg对Q T离散度影响不明显 ,而 4 0、6 0 μg/kg组Q T离散度明显增大。结论老年人在使用新斯的明拮抗肌松作用时 ,剂量由 2 0 μg/kg增加到 4 0 μg/kg ,可使肌松恢复加快 ,但增大Q Objective To investigate the effect of different dosage of neostigmine on Q-T dispersion and TOF75% from atracurium-induced neuromuscular blockade in the elderly. Methods Eighty patients (ASA I~ II) were divided into four groups with twenty cases each, and given neostigmine 0 (control),20,40,60 μg/kg,respectively.The TOF75%and Q-T dispersion were observed when atracurium-induced neuromuscular blockade reversed. Results TOF75%was significantly longer in control group and 20 μg/kg group than that in 40 and 60 μg/kg groups . Q-T dispersion was significantly increased after neostigmine 40 μg/kg or 60 μg/kg was given. Conclusion TOF75%from atracurium-induced neuromuscular blockade is accelerated when the dose of neostigmine is increased from 20 μg/kg to 40 μg/kg, Q-T dispersion is increased when neostigmine 40 μg/kg injected.
