静脉麻醉药与脑保护受体机制
Intravenous anesthetics and the receptor mechanism of neuroprotection
摘要
兴奋毒性可能是造成神经元死亡的“最后公路”。已知静脉麻醉药 ,如非竞争性NMDA受体拮抗剂 (氯胺酮 )和GABA受体模拟剂 (丙泊酚 )有神经保护作用 。
The excitotoxicity may be the last public way by which neurons were led to death. It has been shown that intravenous anesthetics, such as non-competitive NMDA antagonists (ketamine) or GABAmimetics (propofol) have neuroprotection. The receptor mechanism of neuroprotection by intravenous anesthesia was reviewed in this essay.
