摘要
目的 研究血浆内皮素 - 1(ET - 1)、一氧化氮 (NO)在心脏骤停缺血 再灌注损伤前后含量变化规律及意义。方法 取家兔 4 0只分别分为对照组、实验组 ,制作家兔心脏骤停缺血 再灌注模型 ,观察心肺复苏期各时点血浆ET - 1、NO、血压及心电变化。结果 动物在心脏骤停及复苏即刻血浆ET - 1含量未见升高 ,在心肺复苏 5分钟血浆ET - 1含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而血浆NO水平降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,复苏后 0 .5小时血浆ET - 1明显升高(P <0 .0 1) ,复苏后 2小时血浆ET - 1、NO均较复苏前有明显上升 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 在心脏骤停缺血 再灌注损伤过程中ET - 1、NO水平变化及相关关系可能是一种调节机制 ,并在病理生理过程中起重要作用。
Objective To probe into the alterative law and significance of contents of endothelin-1 and Nitrogen monoxide in hematoplasma before and after of ischemia reperfusion lesion of Sudden cardiac arrest of rabbits.Methods Forty healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into two groups with 20 rabbits in controlled group and experiment group. The model of ischemia reperfusion lesion of sudden cardiac arrest were built. Blood samples were taken before anesthesia, at 0.5,1,2h after cardiopulmonary resuscitation for determination of plasma level of ET-1, and NO. ECG, HR, BP, SpO 2 were monitored during experiment.Results During sudden cardiac arrest and the just after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, ET-1 in plasma has no obvious changes, at 5 min after resuscitation, ET-1 in plasma began to increase, but it was no decreased (P<0.05), and at 0.5h after resuscitation, ET-1 was obviously increased (P<0.01).Compared with before resuscitation, at 2h after resuscitation, Both ET-1 and NO were obviously increased (P<0.05).Conclusion During ischemia reperfusion lesion of sudden cardiac arrest of rabbits, alteration and relationship of ET-1 and NO in plasma of rabbits can be an regulating mechanism and they can play an important role during pathophysiological duration.
