水轮机聚烯烃塑料与金属复合抗磨板

摘要 介绍了水轮机抗磨板的使用情况及存在的问题。将新型抗磨板材料聚烯烃塑料合金与其他材料的耐磨性能进行了比较。结果表明 ,聚烯烃塑料合金与金属复合抗磨板具有优良的耐磨性能、尺寸稳定性、机械强度以及可加工性 ,并确保了抗磨板与顶盖、底环连接的可靠性。 The service status and existing questions of turbine facing plate were introduced. The wear_resistance performances of a new facing plate material Polyolefine-metal were compared with those of other materials. The results show that the facing plate compounded Polyolefine and metal has good wear_resistance performances,size stability,mechanical strength and machinability,and the reliability of fitting the facing plate on head cover and bottom ring is ensured.
