用微生态学的方法预防内源性医院感染

Prevention of Endogenic Hospital Infection with Microecology Methods

目的 论证用微生态学方法预防内源性医院感染发生的正确性和实用性。方法 用微生态学理论论述了内源性感染的发病机制 ,阐明了常用的微生态学检测手段和预防方法 ,并用不同类型的 3个典型病例讨论了医院感染的诊疗思路、微生态学方法以及工作结论。结果 内源性感染是机体在促使细菌易位的临床因素影响下 ,正常微生物群定位转移的结果。结论 用微生态学的方法预防内源性医院感染的发生是科学可行的。

OBJECTIVE To explore the correctness and practicability of microecology methods to prevent endogenic hospital infection. METHODS The pathogenesis of endogenic hospital infection was discussed by microecology theory. And through three classic cases, the diagnosis and treatment of hospital infection by microecology methods were demonstrated. RESULTS Endogenic infection was a result of translocation of normal microbiota in the body under the influence of clinical factors. CONCLUSIONS It is feasible to prevent endogenic hospital infection with microecology methods.
