摘要
目的 为寻找一种高效、快速的胃镜消毒方法 ,将氧化电位水用于临床胃镜消毒 ,观察其效果。方法 对6 6例临床普通患者用后的胃镜及 4 6例HBsAg阳性患者用后胃镜进行现场消毒 ,分别检测消毒前、消毒后细菌污染量和HBsAg的检出率。结果 用氧化电位水对胃镜清洗、消毒 5min后 ,其消除率达 96 .6 %~ 99.9% ,HBsAg抗原消除率为 10 0 %。结论 氧化电位水的消毒方法便捷、无污染 ,可有效地应用于胃镜消毒。
OBJECTIVE To find for a high-efficiency method for gastroscope disinfection. METHODS The gastroscopes used by 66 ordinary patients and 46 HBsAg positive patients were disinfected by electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW). The bacteria and HBsAg were detected before and after disinfection. RESULTS The results showed that EOW could kill 96.6-99.9% of bacteria on gastroscope and destroy HBsAg after 5min contaction. CONCLUSIONS EOW is useful for gastroscope disinfection with no contaminant for environment.
