摘要
目的 比较 6种抗生素对泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体 (Uu)和人型支原体 (Mh)的体外抗菌作用。方法 采用肉汤稀释法和平板分离法定量测定 5 15 3例临床标本。结果 共检出了 2 30 5株Uu和 94 2株Mh ,893例标本同时检出Uu和Mh ,4 9例标本单独检出Mh ;2 349株Uu和Mh对多西环素、交沙霉素、氧氟沙星、四环素、红霉素、普那霉素 (原始霉素 )耐药率分别为 13.1%、3.5 %、2 9.2 %、2 3.8%、2 0 .1%、6 .6 %;4 9株Mh对多西环素、交沙霉素、氧氟沙星、四环素、红霉素、普那霉素耐药率分别为 0、0、2 4 .5 %、89.8%、2 8.6 %、2 .0 %。结论 泌尿生殖道Uu和Mh的耐药性监测 ,对指导临床治疗具有重要意义 ;肉汤稀释法结合A7平板分离支原体可提高检测结果的准确性。
OBJECTIVE To detect Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) in urogenital specimens and to study the resistance of Uu and Mh to six kinds of antibiotics. METHODS We detected Uu and Mh in 5 153 urogenital specimens in broth culture combining with A7 agar. Antibiotic susceptibility testing was performed. RESULTS From 5 153 urogenital specimens were isolated 2 035 strains of Uu and 942 strains of Mh. Form them in specimens of 893 cases Uu and Mh were all isolated, and in 49 specimens only Mh were isolated. The resistance percentage of mycoplasma (including Uu and Mh) was 13.1%, 3.5%, 29.2%, 23.8%, 20.1%, and 6.6% for doxycycline, josamycin, ofloxacin, erythromycin, tetracycline, and pristinamycin respectively. The resistance percentage of Mh was 0, 0, 29.5%, 89.8%, 28.6%, and 2.0% for doxycycline, josamycin, ofloxacin, erythromycin, tetracycline, and pristinamycin respectively. CONCLUSIONS Resistance monitoring of mycoplasma is important for clinical treatment.
