摘要
研究了不同温度、pH及光照对梨黑星病菌在离体培养条件下生长的影响。结果表明,梨黑星病菌在离体培养条件下最适生长温度为20℃,最适产孢pH为6.0;将梨黑星病菌分别接于pH为6.0的PDA和LP'培养基上,20℃下培养14d后,经黑光—黑暗各12h的光照周期培养72h,菌丝生长较快,产孢量较高。孢子萌发试验表明,分离一年后的梨黑星病菌分生孢子在1%葡萄糖液中萌发率可达55%,对任何时候进行室内生物药效测定试验提供了可能性。
The effects of different temperatures,pH and light on growth of the vitro Venturia nashicola are studied. The results showed that the optimum temperature is 20℃ and the proper pH to produce conidia is 6.0. Furthermore, the pathogen is grown at 20℃ for 14 days on PDA and LP' mediums, then deal with blacklight-darkness alternation culture 12 h,and subculture 72 h can increase both growth and producing spores. The tests of spore germination indicated that the germination rate of conidia of Venturia nashicola can reach 55% in 1% glucose solution, which afford possibilities for laboratory bioassays at anytime.
