小麦高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基及其遗传学研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基是麦谷蛋白的重要组分,对小麦籽粒品质有重要作用。高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基的结构、组成类型、遗传等与品质密切相关。广泛深入分析和研究小麦高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基的结构特点、遗传特性及其作用机制对于小麦品质改良有重大意义。本文从高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基分离鉴定、分子构象、基因定位、遗传表现、新技术应用等方面,综述了HMW-GS及其遗传学研究进展。 The high molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) are important part of glutenin,and are largely responsible for wheat kernel quality.The structure,composition,and genetics of HMW-GS is related to quality of wheat.The analysis and study of structure,genetics and function of HMW-GS is significance to wheat quality breeding.In this paper,recent advances in HMW-GS and genetics were summarized.In the following aspects:separate and identification,molecular structure,genetic expression of new technology.
