杨凌农科城在关中高新产业带城市群中的定位分析

Analysis the Position of Yangling Agriculture Science City on High-tech Industries District and Cities Cluster in Guanzhong Areas

从杨凌农科城在全国及陕西的地位和作用出发,根据杨凌社会经济及人文资源禀赋特征、按照区域比较优势原理和城市化阶段性发展规律,结合关中"一线两带"建设的要求,提出杨凌农科城必须发挥一定范围内区域经济中心的作用,并必将成为关中高新产业带城市群中新的增长极。

According to the position and function of Yangling Agriculture Science City in the whole country and Shaanxi province, the characteristics of Yangling′s social economics, technology, humanities resources, and also in accordance with the principle of the comparison advantages and the regulation of city′s development, combine with the requirement of the Guanzhong high-tech industries district and city′s cluster, the point of views that Yangling Agriculture Science City must develop the certain economic central function and the new spot of the economic growth in Guanzhong and northwest district were put forward in this paper.
