摘要
目的 研究中药复方 (CHPII)对PDAPPV71 7I转基因小鼠脑组织内病理改变的影响。 方法 通过免疫组织化学染色检测CHPⅡ对PDAPPV71 7I转基因小鼠脑组织内淀粉样蛋白沉淀和反应性星形胶质细胞活化程度的影响。 结果 CHPⅡ治疗组PDAPPV71 7I转基因小鼠脑组织内淀粉样蛋白沉淀的水平明显低于对照组和脑复康组 ,反应性星形胶质细胞的活化程度也明显降低。 结论 CHPⅡ能够明显降低PDAPPV71 7I转基因小鼠脑组织内淀粉样蛋白沉淀 ,降低脑组织内的神经炎症反应。
Objective To study the efficacy of Chinese Herbs(CHPⅡ)on the pathological changes in brains of PDAPP V717I transgenic mice. Methods We detected the influence of CHPⅡ on the amyloid deposition and the activation of reactive astrocytes in brains of PDAPP transgenic mice by using immunohistochemistry. Results The levels of amyloid deposition and the degree of activation of reactive astrocytes in brains of PDAPP V717I transgenic mice treated with CHPⅡ were significantly decreased as compared with those of Piracetam group or controls,respectively. Conclusion CHPⅡ has the efficacy on significantly decreasing the amyloid deposition and the neuroinflammatory in brains of PDAPP transgenic mice.
