摘要
文章运用Nastran对Y型方圆相贯管节点进行系统的弹塑性大挠度数值模拟试验分析,了解各加载阶段相贯节点的位移变化、应力分布及整个加载过程塑性区的开展情况,考查了相贯节点的破坏形式,引入正交试验设计的相关理论对Y型方圆相贯节点进行定量分析,得到极限承载力与几何参数的变化规律,为工程设计人员提供参考依据。
In this paper,numerical simulation experimental analysis of the ultimate strength of tubular Y-joints with square chords and circular braces is carried out using the Nastran software. The principles of orthogonal experiment are adopted in the analysis. The joint failure mechanism is analyzed. The effect of various geometric parameters of the joint on the ultimate strength is investigated theoretically. The numerical results are compared with the results obtained according to the related specification. The presented results are beneficial to the design in practical engineering.
