摘要
该文采用计算机动态测试技术,以数据采集卡、电荷放大器为基础,使用Labview图形编程软件和ACCESS数据库软件研制了基于虚拟仪器技术的切削温度测试分析系统。此套系统集热电势采样、采样信号FIR数字滤波、温度标定和数据存储浏览为一体,实现了切削温度的实时高精度测试。
In this paper, a new type of measurement and analysis system of cutting temperature, which is mainly composed of data acquisition card and charge amplifier, has been developed by adopting LabVIEW and ACCESS software on the basis of virtual instrument technology. The dynamic system integrates the functions of data acquisition, data saving, FIR filter, temperature calibration, data browse and data output. The real-time measurement with high precision can be carried out by the computer measurement system.
