摘要
综合集成多种定性模拟、数学方法和博弈论纳什均衡的思想,设计了企业关键岗位管理人员甄选定性模拟方法,开发了原型系统,包括:借鉴模糊数学和QSIM算法的思路表述定性变量;采用定性因果推理的思路表述管理人员与人群之间的作用关系(包括推理规则);将管理人员与人群之间的相互作用看作是一种博弈过程,对该过程实现定性模拟,为了将在博弈过程的定性模拟中产生的不合理的状态转换过滤掉,利用了Matlab的BP神经网络工具,并提出了人群心理安全均衡的概念;设计了模拟步骤和应聘者的评分法.为了实现上述思路与方法,集成VB6.0和Matlab6.10开发了一个原型系统.
The game theory and several other qualitative simulation methods, mathematics are integrated to design a qualitative simulation(QSIM) for enterprise key manager estimation. The prototype system is developed. The details are followed. The qualitative variables are described by fuzzy mathematics and QSIM. The influence relationship between manager and group (including reasoning rules) are described by casual reasoning. The above relationship is regarded as the qualitative simulation of game process. For filtering the illogical state changes, which occur in the qualitative simulation of game process, the BP neural networks tool kid is applied, and a concept of group mental safety equilibrium is set up. The simulation steps and grade method are designed. For realizing the above methods, a prototype system is developed by integrating VB6.0 and Matlab 6.10.
