摘要
介绍了高压水射流除锈机的控制流程 ,提出了一种利用软起动器来实现高压水泵的软起动控制方案 ,分析了软起动器应用的必要性 ,阐述了软起动器的选型及其外围控制 。
The control process of high_pressure water_shoot derusting machine is introduced.The scheme of using softstarters for realization of soft_start control of high_pressure water pump is presented.The necessity of adopting soft starters is anaˉlyzed.The type selecting,outer equipments as well as the debugging of the softstarters are also given.
