摘要
在分析我国森林资源产权的变革对林业生产性质和生态环境保护带来巨大影响的基础上,进一步分析森林资源产权制度与森林生态保护之间的关系,针对生态公益林和商品林产权结构的管理,提出了森林生态保护与资源产权结构的新模式。
Based on analysing reformation of our country forest resource property right to be the great effect caused by forest product and ecology environment protection,the paper discusses the relationship between forest property right system and forest ecosystem protection.In order to improve the management level of property right structure of non-commercial forest and commercial forest,author puts forward the new model of forest ecosystem protection and resource property right structure.
