摘要
选择正确的竞争战略,是林业企业在市场竞争中取胜的重要因素。文章指出加入WTO后传统的林业企业的竞争战略受到挑战,并提出了对林业企业竞争战略进行调整的措施。
Choosing appropriate competitive strategy is important for forestry enterprises competing with others in the market.The paper points out that traditional competitive strategy of forestry enterprises is challenged after entry into WTO,and puts forward corresponding measures to adjust it.
