摘要
小波分析是近年来发展起来的一门新的数学理论和方法 ,在图像处理、特征提取及数据压缩等领域都有着广泛的应用。该文介绍了小波变换及其用于信号奇异性检测的基本原理 ,重点研究了信号奇异性检测中小波基 (又称母小波 )及尺度的选择问题 ,提出了规则性系数相似法 ,即根据相似性 ,可以用平滑的小波 ,即规则性系数大的小波表示平滑的函数 ;用不平滑的小波 ,即规则性系数小的小波表示非平滑的函数。同时针对天然气管道泄漏检测这一具体的工程实例 ,采用该方法对管道发生微小泄漏时所产生的缓变信号进行了分析 。
Wavelet analysis is a novel mathematical theory developed in recent years. It has been applied in many fields, such as image processing, character pick-up, data compression and so on. The theory of wavelet analysis and its application on signal singularity detection are presented in this paper. How to choose the mother wavelet and its scale for detection of the singularity of signal is the emphasis. It's based on the fact that the wavelet is similar with the signal to be analyzed in regularity. That means we can use smooth wavelet to present smooth signal and singular one to present nonsmooth signal. And at the same time we applied this method to the leak detection of gas pipeline. The simulation is presented to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the method.
