多层缠绕时提升机挡绳板的强度分析

对多层缠绕时螺旋缠绕和平行缠绕的排绳规律进行了分析,在此基础上计算了过渡绳圈对挡绳板的作用载荷。把挡绳板归结为沿内缘固接的圆环板,给出了挡绳板强度计算程序。

The arrengment reqularities of the roulti-layer rope in the cases of spiral wind andparallel wind have been analysed.Moreover,the load on the rope rings have been calculated.Therope fenders are treated as the ring plates which are firmly attached to the roller of the hoist.The com-putation program for the strength of rope fenders has been given also in this paper.
