基于 GB 12759-91型(简称91型)双圆弧齿轮接触疲劳试验的基础上,应用机械可靠性理论,得到了碳钢调质91型双圆弧齿轮的接触疲劳极限。并给出了最小安全系数参考值,供双圆弧齿轮强度计算使用。

Based on 91-type double-circular-arc gear contact fatigue test,the paper achieves double-cir-cular-arc gear contoct fatigue limit for c-meel hardening and tempeing by mechanical reliability theory,aswell as gave reference size of rain-safety coefficient making use of double-circular-arc gear strenth colculation.
