摘要
和大多数国家一样 ,中国风险投资业的发展也需要解决三个方面的问题 ,即风险资本来源与组织、风险投资如何退出与风险投资的政策支持。本文基于对此三个方面的分析 ,指出我国发展风险投资业应注意的问题。
Just like most countries,in china,the development of adventure investment needs to solve three problems,namely,the source and organization of adventure capital,withdrawal of adventure capital and policy support of adventure capital.Founded on these analyses,this paper points out the concerned problens to set up adventure investment in china.
