摘要
对四川西南交通大学等七所高校一年级 80 %教师的 74次普通体育课生理负荷强度进行测试 ,从生理学角度结合教学指标对体育课生理负荷强度和强度分布进行分析。研究结果表明 :体育课生理负荷强度是不均衡和偏低的 ,体育课对心肌泵血机能的锻炼有积极作用 ,对心泵血机能的刺激应加强。根据人体机能能力变化规律性理论 ,男生生理负荷强度分布类型是较理想的 ,女生生理负荷强度分布类型有待改进。建议加强高校普通体育课教师对生理负荷强度的安排和调控 ,增加生理负荷强度在 16 0~ 180次 /min区间的频数 ,以加深对心泵血机能的刺激 ,提高增强学生体质的效应。完善不同性质教材内容的组合以改进前高后低的“平台”型。
Based on a painstaking test for freshmen's physiological burden intensity in general physical education course in sichuan colleges,this paper,combined with teaching index,analyses physiological burden indensity and its distribution in physical education course from the angle of physiology The outcome of research shows that physiological burden intensity in P.E. course is unbalanced and rather low;P.E. course plays an active role in training myocardium pumping of flood function physical education should strengthen stimulus to myocardium puming of blood function According to thy regularity theory of capacity cange in body function,we believe that male students' intensity distribution type of physiological burden is comparatively ideal,but female students remains to be improved We propose that P E teachers should tighten the arrengement and adjustment of physioloyial burden intensity and increase its part frequency amount between 160 and 180 times per minute in order to deepen stimulus to their ocardium pumping of blood function,enhance the effect of students quality and perfect the combianation of varied teaching material contents for purpose of impruving the type of “platform”
