摘要
以摩擦功为准则,计算齿面上各处跑合量,与由啮合原理计算齿面上各处间隙量相结合,计算出跑合过程中齿面瞬时接触迹上的压力分布。计算结果纠正了认为跑合后压力沿齿高均匀分布的结论,为圆弧齿轮接触应力的精确计算提供了依据。还提出用涂色液灌注的方法,实测了加载啮合的静态接触迹的形状和大小,验证了本文提出的跑合计算结果。
For arc gear pair,calculation of running-in quantity is carried out throughout tooth faceaccording to the value of friction work.Combined with the backlash everywhwre tooth face calculated byengagement principle,the pressure distribution on instantaneous contact spur in the course of running-in iscaculated.The results correct a trditional conclusion that the pressure is smoothly distributed throughout thetooth depth ,and thus offers a more scientific basis to caculate accurately the contact stress of arc gear.Addi-tionally,the authours put forward a method injection with coloured liquid,with which the shape and magni-tude of static contact spur under loaded engaement condition are measured.The actual results meets the run-ning-in caculation conclusion properly.
