摘要
介绍了一种凿岩钻车液压近似平移机构设计法,将引导缸(或支臂缸)三角形与仰俯缸三角形的边长,油缸内径与活塞杆杆径都作为设计变量,全面优化,可以打出周边孔孔向符合工艺要求,中间孔基本平行的平移机构。
For designing hydraulic approximate-translation mechanism of a drill jumbo,this paperintroduces a method which takes the side lengthes of both supporting cylinder triangle and pitch cylinder tri-angle,inside dia.and piston rod dia.of the cylinders as variables to optimize totally.Depending on this paral-lel-motion mechanism,an user is able to drill out side-holes whose direction meet the process requirementsand central holes with parallel central lines.
