摘要 本文依据放顶煤综采工作面矿压观测结果的统计分析,研究了放顶煤综采工作面支架与围岩的相互作用关系。并对工作面上位岩层垮落时对液压支架形成冲击载荷的可能性,进行了详细的理论分析。在分析论证的基础上,提出了放顶煤综采面冲击载荷形成的判别准则和计算公式,以及放顶煤液压支架合理支护强度的确定原则和计算方法。 Having analysed the statistics onground pressure observed at fully mecha-nized coal face with top coal caving, thepaper studied the interaction of the supportand surrounding rock and theoretically an-alysed the possibility of forming impact load on the hydraulic supports due to thecollapse of the upper strata horizon. Onthis basis, the paper presents the determi-nation criterion and formula for the forma-tion of impact load at such faces, and theprinciple and method for calculating anddetermining the reasonable hydraulic sup-port density. The paper considers that theperiodical abutment pressure is the motivefactor of top coal breakage and exerts onthe top coal in front of the coal face ratherthan on the supports. The supports in mostfully mechanized coal faces can only bearthe static load coming from the weight ofthe remnant top coal, caved rock from theabove lower horizon and part of the col-lapsed rock at the upper horizon. Only in afew special cases, with an extreme lowprobability, appears the impact load on thesupports. The most efficient way to dealwith such load is fitting sensitive and highthroughput easing valves in the hydraulicsupport system rather than enhancing un-duly the support density, the setting resist-ance and the structural strength of the sup-port.
