建立职工董事、监事制度被认为是完善公司治理结构的有效方法 ,但在理论上还存在一些逻辑上的问题 ,在实践中也存在许多操作上的问题 ,主要是各利益主体之间的矛盾及外部环境与条件的限制。因此 ,解决这些问题最为有效的途径即建立职工持股制度。
