主要对训练的科学理论基础、训练的生理生化监控的实践应用进行了探讨,以促进训练的科学 性、针对性和有效性。
Modem competitive sport enhances more and higher requirement on athletes sport event power, physical efficiency and recovery and so on. It is impossible to win in games that training lack of theory guidance , scientific-control and nutrition recovery. This paper discusses the scientific fundamental theory, physical and chemical control and nutrition recovery to training in order to improve the scientific, aimed and efficient training.
