摘要
爆发力是多数田径项目取得优异成绩的素质基础。传统爆发力训练方法较多地运用小负荷快速训练法,实践证明这样的训练方法对提高爆发力极其有限。实验研究发现,大负荷快速力量训练更有利于爆发力的提高。
Power is the basis of achievement of track and field. Traditional methods of power training adopt more 'little load and fast exercise , but the practice indicates that the effect of this training method on explosive power is limited. This paper finds out that 'great load and fast exercise' is more effective to improve explosive power through experimental study.
