大鼠运动应激性溃疡的实验研究

Experimental Study on Exercise Stress Ulcer in Rats

对SD大鼠力竭性运动所致应激性胃溃疡进行了观察 ,并对其可能机制和防治措施进行了探讨。结果 :大鼠力竭性游泳运动可导致胃粘膜产生应激性溃疡 ,运动后 2 4小时溃疡消失。应激性溃疡的产生是由于攻击因子和防御因子失衡 ,尤其是防御因子的降低所致。

In this paper ,the exhausted exercise-induced stress gastric ulcers in rats were observed and the possible mechanisms were discussed.The results showed that the exhausted exercise could induce stress ulcer in rat stomach mucosa and the ulcer had vanished in 24 hours.The reason of stress ulcer was that the attacking factors and preventing factors were imbalance in stress, especially preventing ability reducing.The injectio salviae miltiorrhizae composita has prevention and cure functions to exercise-induced stress gastric ulcer.
